This is our first home. I wanted a home inspector that would be picky and detail oriented, which Lawrence fulfilled beyond my wildest expectations!

 Lawrence was very professional, friendly, and punctual. He encouraged my wife and I to follow him throughout the inspection and he thoroughly explained everything that he was doing. If there were any notes he was making, he took the time to make sure we understood what the flaws/etc were in the home, the severity of them, and gave recommendations on how to get the issues fixed.

 Lawrence Transue recently inspected our future home. We were running a little late but when we got there Lawrence was waiting outside having already started looking around the outside of the house. He introduced himself and encouraged us to follow him around during the inspection. Lawrence pointed everything out to us, starting with minor/cosmetic issues that could easily be handled. He had an answer to every question and a suggestion for every concern. Lawrence was very professional and very personable. His personality is very inviting and he is very easy to talk to. He spent time at the end of the inspection going over the results and the next steps and provided us with his contact Information should we have any other questions or concerns. My husband and I give Lawrence the highest rating possible.

In addition to identifying action items, he also provided some insight on other small details he noticed around the home. The provided report was very thorough, and helped in getting some seller assistance for items that required attention.

 Lawrence was great, showed us all the places the houses were leaking heat out and gave many recommendations on fixes. We noticed a big difference this year after those fixes and putting in replacement windows. The Energy Audit was extremely beneficial.
